Four weeks ago I joined a doctor supervised weight loss program and have lost 15 pounds and 12 inches during that time! This is quite a big deal for me because I have tried to lose weight for years with very little success. The weight started piling on when I had a hysterectomy and my thyroid removed in the same month. Also, a couple of years ago I suffered major damage to my vertebra so exercise is limited to light walking.

I have been trying to come up with recipes that fit the program and today I want to share one of my favorite treats.
Zero Fat Banana Split
1/2 C frozen yogurt, fat and sugar frees
1 tbsp sugar free strawberry preserves
1 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup
2 tbsp Cool Whip, sugar and fat free
Fat Grams 0
This is also good with fresh pineapple and sugar free caramel syrup.
