I got a big surprise a couple of days ago when Melinda at  Alabaster Rose Designs  presented me with a Happy 101 Blogger Award. . What an honor to be passed this award from Melinda. If you are not familiar with Alabaster Rose Designs you must check it out. Not only is her blog full of the most amazing pictures she also creates absolutely gorgeous jewelry !  I love all her jewelry but the soldered glass pendants are so unique and beautiful.

Part of accepting the award is to list 10 things that make me happy.  Wow, that is an easy one!
  1. Sharing time with my family and friends
  2. Quite time with Hubby
  3. Junk shops, yard sales and flea markets
  4. A really great chocolate dessert
  5. Not gaining weight from the chocolate desserts

It's amazing what you can get for free or almost free! I really love http://www.hip2save.com !! There is another one I think called becentsable.com or either blogspot.com If you let me know what grocery stores you have around you I would be glad to find a blog that covers the sales for those stores!

    Also, please let me know if you decide to go to Hillsville! That place is amazing. They have so many antiques there it is really overwhelming! My dad will be selling there! I know I will be going up probably on Saturday morning!

I just finished reading Kate Morton's 'The Forgotten Garden' which was even better than the first book 'The House at Riverton' and there is a secret garden in it and a piece of hidden jewelry that gives a clue…Enter me please!
