Penelope Rose doesn’t get out much but she is really excited about attending.
I had so much fun helping her get dressed for the party. Penelope Rose
won’t be the fanciest gal at the ball but I bet she will be the
life of the party. I can’t wait to see her dancing and twirling her
caged skirt to the music.
I had Penelope Rose pose in front of my favorite painting. Yes, she has been
playing in my jewelry box.
The corsage is made from vintage paper roses.
