Open House Party – Lynda Bergman Decorative Artisan

I look forward to seeing what you have to share this week.  I am constantly amazed
at the creativity and talent that abounds in each of you.

Please enjoy the features from last weeks party…..

How fabulous is this vintage tub hand painted by Lynda @ Lynda Bergman Decorative Artisan?  Talk about talented!

Lemon Meringue pie always reminds me of Summers on the porch.  Daphne at Ivy Phyllis And Me  shares her yummy recipe with us.

Check out this beautiful bath remodel of Jenna’s beach house at The Painted Apron!

I am keeping the post short today because our area is having a bad storm with lots of
lightning and rain.   I need to unplug!

  1. Hi Sherry, Thanks for featuring our beach bath! I always think of you now as my hurricane sister in blog land 🙂
I was shocked to read about the foreclosure house, selling sinks, horrible! So interesting how the show can put those poor people in debt. Good luck with your house, and thanks for hosting this great party,
    Jenna

  2. Hi Sherry, thanks for sharing that lemon meringue pie I've been craving a home-made one lately. Yum. I enjoyed your house tour too, not sure how I feel about that man-cave though. Dare I say yuck? haha. Anyway, thanks for hosting another great party.

  3. Good Morning Sherry, I was thrilled to pieces when I received your email telling me that I was being featured on your lovely blog. I was so excited, I had to ring my daughter in India and tell her.
I was sad to read the story about the family who had been given the wonderful home. I don't understand how the production company can allow this to happen. If the idea is to help people why not help them all the way. Reduce the amount of wonderful things in the home, build a smaller home and help pay the taxes. It just seems so unfair that the show appeared to help the family, but after all the "hullabaloo" have really made things worse…. this cannot be right. It must be so distressing for the family.
Thank you again for your kindness.
    Best wishes
    Daphne
